All premium lithium batteries supplied by Solartech Renewable Solutions Ltd come with a 5 to 10-year manufacturer warranty, depending on the specific brand and model purchased. Hybrid inverters carry a standard 5-year warranty, and solar panels are covered for up to 25 years. These warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not cover damage resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, or physical abuse.
Solartech ensures that all installations strictly adhere to standard electrical safety codes. Our systems are commissioned by certified engineers. Any tampering, modification, or repair attempted by unauthorized technicians will immediately void all warranties on the system components. We highly recommend utilizing our annual maintenance contracts to keep your system in optimal condition.
Due to the volatile nature of the local currency and international shipping costs, all quotations provided by Solartech Renewable Solutions Ltd are strictly valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, a new quote must be requested. A mobilization fee is required before any equipment is dispatched to the site.
